Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via registered domestic courier services and/or Speed Post. Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of order or payment, or as per the estimated delivery timeline confirmed at checkout.

Delivery timelines are subject to courier company and postal service operations. Dazey (the Platform Owner) shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

All deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Order and delivery confirmations will be sent to your registered email address.

Please note that any applicable shipping charges (if levied by the seller or Dazey) are non-refundable.
