Refund & Exchange Policy

At Dazey, we take pride in delivering high-quality products crafted with care. Each piece goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare case that you face an issue or wish to return an item, we’re here to help.


3-Day No Questions Asked Return/Exchange

We offer a 3-day no questions asked return/exchange for customers who may want to return or exchange a product for any personal reason, such as change of mind, size preference, or design preference.

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened without cuts or pauses is mandatory.

  • Return shipping charges for this category will be borne by the customer.


Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges (Defective / Wrong Items)

We accept refund or exchange requests under the following circumstances:

  • You received a wrong size or design (e.g., you ordered L but received XL).

  • You received a damaged or defective product (misprint, torn fabric, etc.).

To be eligible:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened (without cuts or pauses) is mandatory.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed in one of the following ways:

  • Original mode of payment, or

  • Store credit (based on your preference)

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account after approval.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges for personal preference (size/color/design) are allowed only under the 3-day no-questions-asked policy.

  • For incorrect or defective products, Dazey will bear all shipping costs, and a replacement will be sent once the original product is received and inspected.

  • For 3-day return/exchange requests, customer bears the return shipping costs.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at team.dazey@gmail.com

  • Include your order ID, unboxing video, and photos of the item.

  • Once verified, a replacement will be arranged free of cost.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Items without original packaging/tags

  • Washed or worn products

  • Orders without valid unboxing proof

  • Items returned after the 3-day or 7-day windows

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, without needing to provide justification.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
